HUGE PROBLEM WITH VODACOM'S SERVICE AND STAFF

I battled for an entire month after VODACOM messed up my previous migration, only to take an ENTIRE month to get me back on the contract I was on, i.e. SMART STANDARD - only to check this morning whether the migration back to my previous contract was done correctly, as I have come to doubt VODACOM's ability to provide any form of good service, and to no surprise, my details mention that I am on the SMART STANDARD, but this time I only have data, 0 inclusive minutes and no inclusive sms and no more minutes weekend and no extra minutes as mentioned in their ad if you register for this package before March 2013, which I originally did in February. On a SMART STANDARD package you get 130 anytime minutes, 300 MB data, 300 sms, 60 more minutes and 60 extra minutes if registering before Feb, which as noted, I had done, BUT I RECEIVE ONLY 300MB data and nothing else!
They also charged me incorrectly last month, which I advised them of, but eventually agreed to pay the R846.62 as I was getting nowhere. I will see what is deducted from my bank account tomorrow. I have emailed MOENIER this morning advising of all the above and await a response - he seriously needs a disciplinary hearing!
