I upgraded my phone at MTN Norwood last month. We worked out a package that was going to cost me about R50 more than my usual monthly rate which is about R500. During the course of the month I checked my balance and found out the amount owing w already R900. I went to MTN Norwood and was assured that the correct amount was R630 as the amount I saw never reflected discounts etc. Sure enough at month end the account arrived - R1200! Went back to Norwood and after standing in a queue for an hour because only 1 person was working, was given a load of bs about data usage etc. Once again MTN have proved themselves to be of the highest order. You can take your contract and shove it!
