I have been with vodacom for about 10 years and have 3 contracts with them. I am (was) in the process of upgrading one of the contracts. I was advised delivery will be within 3-5 working days today is the 5th day. I called the upgrades team and spoke to Zandile Diko who advised that the courier company returned my phone to the warehouse after they attempted to deliver and there was no recipient at the delivery address. She also claimed that they sent me an sms to arrange delivery which I obviously did not get on my phone. To make it worse Zandile decides to duck & dive and send me to enquire with the courier I have an agreement with vodacom they should take responsibiity for their service providers. I ask to speak to the TL I'm told she is too busy and I'm not allowed 2 hold for her & she desperately tries to force me 2 get off the phone which I refuse as I believe I too am customer maybe not important. She then talks to her collegues at the back about me & I can clearly hear. This level of service is substandard. I have been on the phone for over an hour with people constantly placing me on hold, why is that? I need answers about this poor service. Y should I stand for this?
