We booked a session- it was our first time. There was a misunderstanding about the session between the 5:15am and 5:15pm slots. We thought we were going in the afternoon and they were expecting us in the morning. The receptionist was rude and when we tried to rebook for the afternoon slot, she said we now had to pay and that it was "our loss", therefore we couldn't get a complimentary session. We really wanted to go and it really was a misunderstanding, but she didn't see it like that. Poor service overall, heard the actual sessions are amazing, pity about this lady!
