Turn Away from Fitness Session

20 November 2013, to attend a fitness session at 17h15. To rush to make this session, to be only told, in front of 19 other people that you can not attend the class because it is full, makes me shake my head.

Not to mentioned that 3 other people had to turn away after rushing to get their in time for this.
Your Wellness Manager, and whom was the trainer for this session, has no integrity and embarrassed us in front of other members is very distasteful.

Why plough millions of rand into a gym to upgrade it, and beg customers to join, and the current members who have been with the gym for some time are treated badly to me, is unacceptable.
