Pay upfront but dont expect service

Quinton is a dog trainer. You pay R1500 up front for 4 sessions at your house. He showed up for the first training session. He said he could not make it the next Friday but will come the following Friday. He did not show up. After I phoned him he made a lame excuse and said he will see me the next Friday. The next Friday he showed up for the second session. Come Friday after that he said he had an eye infection and couldn't't make it. After that he never showed up again. I left a message for him but he did not return my call. I wrote an email requesting my money back but also no response. Seems he disappeared from the face of the earth.
