DISCOVERY HEALTH CLAIM

My daughter is due to undergo Psychometric testing on Saturday. When this is done - the candidate undergoes the testing, and this is followed up by a session with the parents in order to guide the parents and candidate in the correct direction for a career. Discovery Health covers the cost of the testing and the follow-up session ONLY if the follow-up session is NOT on the same day as the actual testing. I live in Boksburg, the testing is in Randburg. So i must now decide - do I have the follow up session on the same day and forfeit the claim, or, take a day's leave from work on Monday, get back in my car and travel the 90 km's AGAIN- through peak hour traffic, so that I can claim it back from Discovery. COME ON DISCOVERY! Do you know that you are the ONLY company that does this? Use your common sense! Time is money! Your consultant said it is because it has to be "Valuable". So if the testing session finishes at 5pm, and the feedback session is the next day at 8am, how much more "value" can be put into the after hours work than if the test finishes at 11 and the feedback is at 12:30? THIS IS SENSELESS!!! think about it guys!!! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!
