FAC1502 Afternoon Tutorial No Show

I am extremely frustrated by the lack of organization surrounding the afternoon (13:00 to 15:00) tutorial session for FAC1502. The fact that we had to find out that there was no afternoon session once we had already arrived was extremely disappointing. I do not mind UNISA accepting guilt in this regard and admitting that they made an error with the sms, but to say that they sent a second sms notifying everyone of this error is ridiculous. I find it particularly interesting that NOT ONE FAC1502 student who arrived on Saturday received this elusive sms. Seeing that it was UNISA's error, a provisional session should have been put together for all of us who were already there. We have every right to demand the service for which we have already paid and it is not fair that someone else's incompetence should affect our studies.
