FORGED SIGNATURE

I have had more than enough from Planet Fitness. I started a complaint with them regarding a forged signature and it took me pitching up at the branch with the police for them to even start the process. I first brought it to their attention on the 25th of January 2013. I have since paid for February, March and then a NEW debit order in April after I was told it was cancelled. Now I have to wait 3 weeks for the refund even though it was THEIR error. Besides that I am owed for February and March. I have STILL NOT had ANY contact from head office. The email address I am supposed to email my bank details through to doesn't work and the phone just rings. Take my advise and NEVER enter into an account with these people! Nothing but trouble. I have had enough of playing nice, now its time to bring out the big guns... AGAIN.
