Forged Signature

I am totally shocked. After all the drama I have had with Planet Fitness and all their bogus contract rules I requested a copy of my contract. Upon receiving this I looked through it - you are supposed to initial every sub-section. It turns out that somebody did this for me - not only did they forge it they put the WRONG INITIALS! I blame the sales consultant as he was the one to sign me up. This explains EVERYTHING - why I do not remember agreeing to a 36 month contract, why I did not agree to the so called maintenance fee etc. I have also been doing some investigating about forged signatures and no surprise, Planet Fitness comes up often. I would like this gym contract cancelled with IMMEDIATE effect, no cancellation fee OR will be opening a forgery case with the police. This will cost Planet Fitness WAY more than the R1700 they are asking for me to cancel.
