NEVER EVER TAKE A CONTRACT WITH PLANET FITNESS

My debit order is supposed to go off my account on the 1st of the month but it goes off at any random time, i have been observing this and it's highly irritating. Sometimes it's the 3rd of the month, sometimes the 5th and one time the 10th! If i have an agreement for them to debit on a certain day, why can't they honour that?!

To make it worse i called the FOURWAYS branch and they said they couldn't help me with me this and i should call the headoffice. Only for the head office to tell me they don't deal with customer account details. So why did they ask me to call the head office anyway?

Planet Fitness couldn't care less about customer service! Once they have your signature on that contract you can forget about any good service from them... everytime i had a concern, it's the same story -everyone passing the buck but your query never gets reseolved! I can't wait for my contract to end then i never have to deal with this unprofessional company ever again.
