Forged and Tippexed signature on contract

A Planet Fitness employee forged my signature on a contract, and some parts of the same contract were tippexed and then written over. I viewed the original contract with the Rosebank Branch manager, the branch admin person (Monique) and there were 2 other people in the room when we were viewing this contract. I was then given a photocopy to take home (as proof) and promised that this would be taken care of. A year later I'm still waiting- despite numerous visit and phone calls to the branch.

Now, I'm trying to cancel my contract with them - I'm being sent from pillar to post.

This people don't know the first thing about customer service. They disgust me. Sies. I honestly don't know how or why the stay in business.
