Planet Fitness wont let me cancel my account

I've been trying to cancel my account with Planet Fitness since January 2013, i came in and even filled in the cancellation forms. I was contacted 2 or 3 times about my cancellation. they said that it was being taken care of and was going to be told what the settlement fee was. much to my surprise this month again they have taken money from me. I was asked to fill out a cancellation form, state when i would like to have my account closed and they asked me to state the reasons why; i did all of that. They called and asked me to explain my reasons over the phone, repeatedly, and i did. Then they told me that i would have to pay a settlement fee and i asked for the amount and there was silence. I have done everything that Planet Fitness has asked for, and They have done nothing that i can see in return, oh wait, they have continued to take money from me on a monthly basis and keep giving me the run around. We are now in April 2013 i filed for this in January. I called today again and its sounding like the same old story, aargh. Who knew that choosing to lead a healthy active life would end up in such stress. Unbelievable
