Being charged double

I signed up for a family membership at claremont planet fitness
with me as the primary member and my mom, brother and sister on as well
the deal was that we pay R298 per month for me and my mom and my siblings were free as they are under 18
a month after signing my mom tries to access the gym and they tell us that she is not on the contract
i phone the head office and the cant give me any answers

i want to to know why i am paying for 2 people if only 1 can gym, and want a credit for all payments on my mothers behalf as she has never been granted access to the gym

if you couldnt deliver in the first place why offer me such a contract
