Debits after cancellation confirmation RECIEVED

After cancellation confirmation was received from Planet Fitness Plattekloof, the monthly fee kept on being deducted from my bank account! After being ignored by Planet Fitness Plattekloof, i am now at the point of taking legal action against the Planet Fitness Group. I also think that it is time to bring in the consumer protection act, how can Planet Fitness be allowed to trade if so many complaints regarding the same issue is launched?
