I experienced a problem with the billing of the gym, the nature of the problem was a mistake that I had made of actively making electronic transactions to the gym every month for a year while they debited me simultaneously. When I recognised this problem and that I had made the mistake of actively paying them as well, I confronted them with the problem and asked for them to return the amount that I had over-paid. The sent me to the bank to get statements, which I did. the statements showed the transfers but they claimed that there was not enough proof and that i had to get the exact bank account the transfers were made to, I offered to show them on my online bank account of the proof that the bank accounts details were the same and had indeed transferred to the virgin active account as that information cannot be printed on a bank statement as it is classified information. They refused me and persistently told me that I should bring statements with that detailed information. They are unwilling to repay me or help me and I have and will further spread these words.
