Erroneous charges

Have been trying to get hold of the manager at the Wanderers branch for over two weeks with no response whatsoever from Planet Fitness.

I have been charged an annual fee when the contract expired on the 11th of January. Planet Fitness then had the arrogance to hand me over to debt collectors when i have been the only one in this situation trying to resolve the issue! What an absolute disgrace!

Planet Fitness has been nothing but absolutely useless! I will never be associated with such a disgraceful company that cant even be bothered to respond to a phone call!
