Dishonesty as they rip us off

I enrolled with virgin active in polokwane sometime in the begginning of the year and made it clear that i want to train and will pay per month because i donot want any debits or commitment as iam not always having time to go gym.the guy who signed me and my fiancee up said there wont be any problems as its not an account but i must just note that each time i train i must ensure i pay the full monthly fee, i was glad and the guys gave me a meal guide and etecetera and i trained for that month and there after never went back as i was not around town but was shocked today 11/10/12 when i got an sms that i must contact mbd for a virgin active balance, what is this? i have never signed any contract?? i never agreed on whatever their terms are?? if i get listed i swear virgin active will be in what we refer to as problems, you cannot in order to recruit new clients and you cannot claim money that is not due to you, infact what amI paying here?? did i use any of their facilities for free... i dont want to take anyone to court but keep it like this we will definetly battle this, let me know what you decide.
