Absolute poor service!

I have joined Planet Fitness last year for 6 months at Cobble Walk and after my contract expired I signed another contract for 3 years paying upfront to join the Planet Fitness Plattekloof branch as I moved to that area. Apparently this was not a problem when they sold me the membership but now it is 8 months down the line and I am still not loaded on Plattekloof system, this after I have made numerous phone calls, plenty emails and even resigned my contract at Plattekloof. I would not recommend anyone to join Planet Fitness and this is absolute unacceptable service!!!
