I signed a 3 year contract back in 2010, with 6 free months added as it was a price in a competition I won... My contract expire end September 2013 and then the 6 months Free membership kicks in... I have requested that the 6 Free months be used to balance out the remainder of the 6 contractual months... I was sent from pilar to post, I was constantly making calls from my phone to planet Fitness as they simply dont call back... I recently relocated to a different area which is more than 30km from Centurion, it is pointless for me to transfer my membership over to the other club for just 5months... I have sent numerous emails, made tuns of calls and yet, I simply dont get any joy... I had conversation with Gertrude on monday morning in which she informed me she will ask her head office to offset the remaining 6 months with my 6 months free training, I did send her an email regarding this only to receive acall back the afternoon, she must ask her headoffice what is happening to my 6 Free months... well it is already 2 days pass Monday and I am STILL waiting.
