False advertising!!! Bad service, lack of response!

It is actually with pure disgust that I type this complaint. I have for weeks been trying to get hold of someone, anyone from Planet fitness at the Centurion Branch. I joined planet fitness in 2010 after winning an online competition which was for 12 months free when taking out a membership. I received a call from the branch informing me that I had won and I went in to join. 3 years later I received an email that my membership expires in Oct this year. However I have been paying my debit order from the contract inception to date!! when I called to query my 12 months free I have been given the run around by staff, the general manager Reyno is NEVER available!! EVEr!! The lady Michelle I spoke to has never reverted back to me on any given day, the receptionist Dimakatso also promised to get back to me but guess what she didn't either.

I want my refund for 12 months that were suppose to be free BUT now I am not worthy of a call back. When you wanted me as a member I was called and service was brilliant, the moment I need answers then you are taken from pillar to post. I Would never advise anyone to join PLanet fitness EVeR. I want my refund!!! I don't take kind to false advertising!!
