IMPROPER BILLING - LACK OF SERVICE

I am a member of Planet Fitness at the premium gym (Platinum). What I thought was a pleasant experience is fast becoming an irritation. At the time of joining the gym (about a year ago) I was told that if I paid 50% of my annual fees upfront I would receive 6 months free. The remainder of the balance outstanding was then pro rated for the year.By my calculation I would have now begun my free six months BUT instead of this Planet Fitness as hiked the rate to the normal monthly rate. What I thought would be a billing error which would be easily addressed hasn't. I have called the gym on numerous occasions and even spoke to the manager (Alex or Mark I forgot his name) he promised that someone will call me... Its been two weeks no contact... This is disgusting service... I will definitely be considering terminating my membership and moving to the new Virgin Elite if this is not addressed immediately.
