Very bad and unexepted service!!!

I went to the MEGA in centurion to sign over my contract to a friend. I phoned a few times to find out what I have to do.a Rude woman said to me that we would have to go to the same branch where i opened my account, wich is Hennopspark, and we then would have to pay R750 to change it. At the MEGA, all they did there was make us feel like criminals saying that we're not even allowed in there with the tag that i have but my contract was upgraded by someone there stating that i AM allowed to gym there! We were very uncomfortable with the situation and left after they said we needed to got to the Hennopspark branch. We waited there for an hour and a half while the person "helping" us kept saying he'll be there in 5mins and just went to sit in his office. We were told that we could just come in and the paperwork would be ready to sign and pay the R750.We eventually started with paperwork and were almost done then this guy came and said that he will NOT be allowed at the Mega he can only gym THERE and alot of price changes are icluded, its suppose to stay the same for the 3yr contract i signed as i was told. I am DONE with planett fitness, i want my contract ended immediately, ive only had TROUBLE!
