Charge dubble the amount stated on my contract

From the 20th February when I became a member of Planet fitness I am straggling with my account my contract states that I have to pay R274.00 for my contract and 99.00 for my Black tag, and since Februarie they deduct the black tag dubble and every month I phone Louisa to fix it and after speaking and fighting with head office and Louisa at Hennopspark nothing has been done to sort this out and now they charge me for there mistake I have to pay bank charges for every time I have to reverse this transaction and the Gym charge me R 20.00 for every reversal I do for there mistake not mine could somebody please help me to sort out this ploblem as the accounting department for planet fitness is useless.
