Change T&C on a contact with out notifing members

I am being relocated to Durban for 6 months - planet fitness does not have a gym in Durban - I enquired at the Centurion mega gym could I freeze my contract replay was no.
Okay can my wife use it in my absents - No, I then requested the process to sell my contract to someone else - I was informed the contracts have changed and this is no longer allowed?
I received not communication of a contract change - I did not agree or sign any amendment to a contract so this is breach of contract.

Planet fitness would rather loss members than try accommodate there members?
Please could you legal department provide me with the cancellation process.

Or permission that my wife can use the Gym or that i can sell my contarct as per your sales man.
