Contract cancelled but they start billing again

If cancelled my contract last year with planet fitness hennopspark in centurion. now suddently out of the blue they start billing me a amount of R290 even more that the contact a month was. now thet say i have a new contract, how do they get it right to start billing me without my permission ans who do they gey it right that i have a new contract with them without signing with them? this must be sorted out please help
