Most arrogant and disrespectful behaviour ever exp

In Sept 2012, I noticed that a know criminal, was starting to train at Planet Fitness. He is a convicted artists that have served time in jail. I immediately informed the club of this. Nothing was done.

To my surprise I was informed on 13 Jan 2013 (Monday) that my membership has been cancelled and I have been banned from Planet Fitness for life, Reason given... incident that occured in the gym. I have been a member of PF for over 10 years for about 8 of them.

I have asked to be given the same opportunity to state my side but to date... did not not even receive an acknowledgement of my request.

I will be taking legal action for breach of contract but remember this ladies and gents, if you become the victim of a crime perpetuated by a Planet Fitness member, you will be banned from the gym as well. It would only be fair if I look at this treatment.
