This MEGA gym is MEGA pathetic.
I started a Black TAG contract with them early in this year.
All was going good and well for a month or two when I realised that they were running two debit order from my account instead of only one, I also found that they ran their debit orders from my account on the 23, 24, 25 anywhere they felt it was OK. BUT I specifically told and put it down in the contract that they were only allowed to run it after the 1st day off every new month as I only got paid the last day of every month. I pulled my bank statements at took it to one of their manager, who said he will handle it... JA RIGHT!!!
I told them to cancel the contract as they broke our contract agreement... I filled in the forms and they Emailed me that I need to pay a cancellation fee as stipulated in the contract...
It took me 2 weeks to get the branch manager to answer my call I explained that contract was broken thus ALL FINE PRINT IS NULL IN VOID!
He also said He'll sort it out and that he understands.
After another 2 months I saw they tried running another debit order, I immediately contacted JP the manager who assisted me at the beginning of this problem... Ive never had feedback
