I payed upfront for a 3 yeart contract on Jan 8th 2011. On 9th Jan 2013 I was locked out of gym (Plattekloof) as they said my contract had expired. I was told to produce my copy of contract to prove it was a three year deal. Done on same day. I have dealt with a Cindy, Yolanda and Bradley (Manager at branch) and as of today 1st Mar 2013 it is still outstanding. I have left numerous messages for Bradley to call me but returns my calls only if I complain directly to head office. They acknowledge the mistake is theirs, but cannot seem to solve the problem. It is embarrasing daily to be turned away or offered an entrance through the exit. I notice Planet Fitness is opening a branch in Cape Town City... please do not take up offers as their admin is pathetic. How can they open another mistake as they haven't cleared up their 'flagship' branch mess. My daughters token for entry (who is part of the family package) has not worked since the 2nd week of the contract. The pool has just been sorted after 7 weeks of problems, the steam room was out of service for approximately 3 months last year, I get to gym early and most mornings it is still a mess from previous night. Competitor here I come.
