Corrupt!!!

I really cannot believe how messed up and corrupt Planet Fitness really is. I have been using Planet Fitness facilities for a very long time, since my relocation to Cape Town I joined the Plattekloof Branch. The first 2 months went absolutely well. Then out of nowhere my debit order date (As agreed in the contract) changed to a different date, I tried to rectify the problem with the branch and I was asked to come back during office ours and speak to the Administrator, however due to my working hours I was not able to do that. The next month and a month after that, double debit orders went off in one month (I was not in arrears?! I tried to call the administrator, i was told she will call me back, never did. After a long situation trying to sort this mess out, Planet Fitness came forward with a promotion that all accounts in arrears can be rescinded, however your contract period has to start from scratch, I applied at Plattekloof, nothing ever happened, I eventually received a call from Planet Fitness saying that they will have that deal sorted, still nothing ever happened. Now Saya Recoveries wants to come hound me for money? Saying that they will list me on ITC etc. Feedback???
