On the 22/03/2013 I renewed my contract at Planet Fitness Plattekloof. I dealt with The sales consultant named Elvis, I decided on the option of paying for 3 years in advance which came to an amount of R6013.00. The agreement was that I would pay this off over 3 months, the first payment of R2500 which I paid on the 22/03/2013, the second payment should have come off on the 1st of May for R2000 and the last on the 1st of June for the amount of R1513. When I signed up I specifically asked Elvis not to mess this up as I have debit orders on the account.
On the 28/03/2013 Planet Fitness deducted R5913 from my account in error. I have been calling Elvis non stop since the morning of the 28th to get this refunded and have still had no joy and not even an apology. I have also spoken to and emailed Bradley the club manager regarding the situation and have received zero action or response from him. I have to call Elvis constantly and do not get any updates or calls back, I am also sure this has affected my credit record negatively. This gym has really gone down, and I have never experienced such bad customer service and stress in my life, so sad for a gym in this nice area.
