Body Lab Gym
Terrible behavior

I took a contract with the Body Lab gym at the beginning of last month. This morning was the first time I attended the gym.
Just as I passed the reception desk the club manager (JJ) was sitting at a second desk, he was busy texting on his blackberry he then picked his head up look at me and started yelling. Where is your towel? Who's going to wipe your sweat? Who's going to wipe your sweat? Other people train in this gym. Will you train on someone else's sweat. He went on for a while without giving me a chance to speak.
When he finally stopped I said, I didn't know and don't talk to me in that tone. He started yelling again it's my gym my rules. I will kick you out.
I tried explaining to him that this was my first time to the gym and didn't know, the previous gym I attended had sprays & paper towels. He refused to listen, he said I was lying he kept arguing.
This "manager" in my opinion is nothing but a bully. Had he spoke to me in a proper manner and said that I cannot train without a sweat towel, I would have understood completely and would have went and fetched one.

i emailed the regional manager Andrew last week Friday and no response yet. Body lab gym is a disappointment
