Everybody pulls up their shoulders

I have posted the exact same message on the Facebook page and I am hoping to receive a response somewhere;

I am a little unhappy at the moment. I joined a couple months ago, and was promised a gym bag that I still haven't gotten, then you ran the February special and I got my boyfriend to join, he was promised a gym bag as well, we were never told about the February special (how convenient) then a week or so later we started asking about when will we receive our promised bags, and they just keep saying they are out of stock. So today my boyfriend asked the manager about our bags and he informed us that we will not receive bags anymore as there is no stock. Now I am not complaining about a bag here, I am upset at the promises that were made and not held, I am also upset that we were misinformed about the February special, I even went with when he signed up, now aren't I eligible for a free month? I have paid my gym fee every month and never had a complaint, I just feel there is something wrong here and people are just pulling up their shoulders. Where is the integrity?
