Virgin Active, still waiting 3 months late

Me and my friend had wanted to join Virgin Active in N1 city after having our last contracts expire however I wanted to make use of my Discovery Vitality in order to get the benefits. After having signed up, we had phone calls everyday, sometimes twice or thrice a day, to tell us to come sign up and keep saying we must come in. Eventually I was told that I would get the first month free if I joined and I can always switch over the contract when I sort out the Discovery Vitality. I changed my contract within a week but I had already been billed even though it was promised to be free. I brought this up with the staff where they told me it will get reversed ASAP and we, my friend and I, would get our bags within a week and that why will call us. It is now almost 3 months later and I still have not been refunded, we still do not have our bags and my card does not work since changing over. I have brought this up with the managers multiple times, sometimes even the same managers where they promised our bags were in but there were just more excuses when we came. I am down money, a bag for signing up and my membership is not even set up properly.
