I am still waiting

A few months back I got a membership with Virgin Active during their special offer. They offered anybody who joined an Adidas backpack. I did not receive mine because the lady who signed me up said that they were out of stock. However a few days later I heard somebody tell me that an employee of Virgin Active Milpark was selling the bags from the boot of their cars. I have asked time and time again, only to be told that there are no bags, but there are people selling those bags from their car boots.
