FALSE ADVERTISING

We signed up as members at this branch in Bloemfontein during a promotional month in 2011 and re-joined during May 2012 and was promised 1 bag per member (2 bags). From day one we were told that they still wait on the arrival of stock, One year later we were told that we had to re-join to receive the promotional bags and that they cannot go back one year and give us this bags. This is false advertising and the manner it was handled at the branch by telling us someone will get back to us and no one eventually get back to you.
