Free Gym Bag Never Received

I posted the below message on Virgin Active SA's Facebook page on 07 November:

"Hi there. I joined Virgin Active Bel Air on 30 April 2013 when free gym bags were on offer. There wasn't stock at the time and I was informed I would receive my bag as soon as stock arrived. It slipped my mind and when a friend of mine joined and received her gym bag it reminded me that I still had not received mine. On 08 October, I approached the sales gent (Tabogo) that I dealt with and he asked when I joined. The front desk told me 01 May and he advised bags weren't being handed out in May. I asked them to reconfirm as I knew I was due a bag and they confirmed it was 30 April. Tabogo then very rudely walked away from me without any answer. I emailed the club manager (Carel Durand) that evening and have had no response to date. When I am at gym he is never there so are you able to assist please? Thanks, Lauren."

I never had a response and sent an email to [Email Removed] on 11 November, 19 November and 26 November and still have not had a response to date!
