We contacted makro on the 3 September about the bob martin dog food 15kg bags that was on special. Centurion store didn't have stock. we were send a letter that stated that we can have the dog food for the special price once it arrives and that we will be contacted once the stock is in.until today no one has contacted us.we posted on Facebook a complaint and were told the right department wil l contact us.no one did.again we send a online inquiery no one contacted us.could someone please tell me nearly a month after the fact if we must kiss the special goodbye that was promised us? the mail that we recieved stated the following on the 3 September: Dear Ms. van Heerden
Thank you for bringing the issue you had over the weekend to my attention, I apologize for the out of stock issue as the supplier did not deliver. I am expecting a delivery on Thursday and will gladly give the product to you at the advertised price of R175.00
Again our apologies, will keep you posted
