Has no customer service skills

I went to the gym this morning like every other day, this time when entering i was asked for my contract which i normally don't carry with me as i have been at this gym now for a number of times. This to me appeared to me a formality because i have when i started asked the Mathews whom i assumed was the manger at this branch how they control their members and his response was well sometimes they just randomlly do. Today i guess was one of those days when they just randomly did. This lady asked for the contract which i of course never had she then asked for my ID no. which I'm sure i'm not the first person that does n't know it by head, i looked in my phone this is where its saved, she then with a very rude tone say: " is this your ID number, how do i know if this is your contract" i say to this very rude lady that you can ask me anything on my contract, she replies saying in the future i must bring, what she said the manner she said it, she may very well have been doing her job but she has not tact and skills to deal with customers. in her defense i complained to one of her collegues and he replied that maybe its that time of the month. i work with ppl and you dont do that.
