Today, 11/12/2013 at 16:10 I recieved a call from this number 27102110101 from a lady from the loan dept whose name starts with a T, from electric express head office, she asked me about why my loan account is in arreas, i told her that on 07/12/2013 I had paid all my outstanding arreas at Electric express even the cashier phoned their headoffice to confirm my outstanding balance, they gave me the settlement amount and confirmed that my account is up to date and all the arreas has been cleared, i asked this lady which arrears is she reffering to because my account is up to date, she told me that she phoned me without checking first as it was not updated in her system, i asked her how is it my fault that their staff didnt do their job and update their system? instead of her apologizing to me, she just drop the phone on me! I do not appreciate and will not tolerate to be treated by any of their staff members in that manner, I did not like even the tone of that lady's voice, she was so rude to me on the phone for no apparent reason and i strongly suggest that she needs training to be taught how to speak with customers. it is unacceptable for a consultant to drop a phone to a customer.
