Bad service and Bad Product from Vodacom Branch

On Saturday the 26th January 2013 Myself and my wife did an upgrade on her existing number. We asked for the new Blackberry curve. The lady assisted us checked the phone put it back in the box and into a bag. After a while my wife took the phone out and told me that there is dust on the inside of the screen. So after about 2 hours we went back to the store and spoke to one of the staff members that told us that they will need to send the phone away. I felt that it was unacceptable and asked for the Manager. The manger came out of the office just looking at me, not saying anything just looking at me. So I got the feeling that she was the Manager and I asked her if the staff member explained the problem. She replied stating ' yes they did' I asked her what we can do about this as we have the phone for only 2 hours and she replied that their is nothing they can do they must send the phone back. My wife got very upset with her attitude and that we would like to cancel the contract. The Manager just turned around and walked away. the assistant then booked in the phone and said that they will inform once a technician looked at it. i laid a complaint with the Service Manager assisting me
