Am shocked at the bad service I received when calling ABSA in Smith Street on 031 3669111. I called to query how long a transfer will take from FNB to ABSA if I was doing an EFT and selecting the immediate clearing option for an additional R50 and was told it would take 5 days. When I asked how is this possible I was told because its electronic and the call cut. I called FNB and was given a different answer. I called the same number and a lady called Linda answered, the same lady I had spoken to previously, when I asked why she was so rude and what her name was she now changed to Jennifer. I asked to be put through to a manager and she cut the call. I called back and she put me on hold for the longest time. Why is there someone so rude at Frontline. I do not appreciate the tone and manner in which I was spoken to.
