Identity debited my account without my approval on 03/09/2013 for the amount of 406, i had made a payment arrangement with the credit controller that I'm gonna pay cash month end of August, but i wasn't able to do that and on 02/09/2013 a credit controller called me to ask me why i didn't pay and i told her that i had a crisis .. a family member had passed on and i wasn't able to pay cause i had to pay for the funeral and i ask if i can pay month end of September since i wasn't able to pay this month. now they went and took money that was reserved to pay some of the funeral cost. I'm even willing to send a death certificate if they think I'm lying. I'm very disappointed with identity for their inhumanity towards their customer... I've been paying identity their installments for the past months and i skip one month cause of unforeseen circumstances and they threat me like dirt and I'm never gonna use that account again and i will never recommend anyone to open an account there. they don't appreciate their customers all that's important to them in getting their money and their stuff to reach targets so they can get incentives. I'm both disgusted and disappointed.
