Neglected gym slowly growing worse for wea

Refer to my post of 1 Dec:

The gym is falling further into disrepair and neglect.

- Equipment and machines are still in need of repair / replacement / maintenance
- Aqua lounge is still not as pristine as it was - the experience is mediocre at best
- Air conditioning fixed, however one wing's aircon has been down for the last two weeks
- URGENT: Men's shower and sauna area still requires IMMEDIATE maintenance
---- Handrail covers are now loose
---- Continues smell - some days quite bad
---- Steam bath is out of order for almost 2 weeks now
---- Floor is still covered in wet dust bunnies and dirty water, most of the time
- Cardio machines are still whining, clacking, creaking or cracking
- Cardio machine touch screens are non-responsive and video quality is bad
- Free weights are coming loose at the ends and are posing a serious risk to injury
- At peak times, there is never enough mats / machines / weights / benches, too many members
- Need more water fountains urgently.

I suggest that management regularly communicate with members when these challenges are experienced in order to keep us informed and updated, which will probably result in more patience and tolerance.
