I want my name to be removed from ITC immediately

I want my name to be cleared immediately.
the contract that i have signed was a fraudles one they told me their offering a 2weeks special voucher to go to their gym.i told them that m not working she even wrote that i self employed on the contract.
to my surprise they sent me an sms saying they wil deduct 200 frm my account.
then i started complaining to them because i didnt even get a card or whatever they are using.in july 2012 they handed me over to ITC and their lawyers because i didnt make any payment to them.i dont have R8000 to through away.

your case is with speak out because u have ruined my name and you gona pay for that
