I am writting this because I need help from you, I have heard about this website from a friend. I have a big problem I cant even think how am I gonna get out of it, I have been blacklisted by body lab gym. In 2008 my friend and I went to enquiere about the gym contract and the sales person explained to us and told us to sign one contract as if we were a couple and He told us that the contract will only be effective after we have payed a joining fee of R 400.00 of which we didnt get that money, at the end of the month the money was deducted from my friends account and then when we went to ask why was it deducted whereas we didnt pay the joining fee He said because we have signed the contract, of which the contract was signed under wrong impression.

I am really frastrated about this because I can't buy anything on my name and even my career is at stake.
