Zone fitness messing me up

I spoke to a lady over the phone with regards to signing up a contract, gave her my personal details and we were suppose to meet for me to sign the contract and get my gym card, I never met with the lady but they started deducting immediately, I tried several times getting in contact with her with no luck, and when I finally requested to cancel on the sight I was told to pay the full 24 months premiums now I'm told I have been handed over... this is me off because I never signed a contract and I never got the gym card, I'm gona do everything on my power to expose whatever is happening there
