I want my name cleared immediately

On the 10 of October I met with the body lab gym people, they told me about their gym and I got interested I signed the contract only to find out that they were telling now they want me to pay for service that I never use. they told me I can cancel the contract any time if I want, but when I went to cancel it they told me I must pay the maintenance fee which is 30% R3990 for what because I never use their equipments. I just want them to clear this I am a student not working, so I don't know where I will get the money. these people must stop telling people about their gym. Zanele was helping me, when I ask about the 36 months she said its for nothing the contract can be cancelled any time. these people can blacklist, I don't want them to blacklist me when I nid a job. please help
