NOT HONORING AGREEMENT AS PER ORIGINAL CONTRACT

1. Autopage Eastgate said they cannot issue me a sim card from their store that is ricad in durban. Either way this is because a couple months ago there was no issue in providing me with a new sim card.
2. When we signed this contract we attached an addendum of power of attorney authorizing me to make and enact changes onto this contract. Now we have been generous in providing the power of attorney letter time and time again. However it is not our responsibility to keep reminding Autopage of our agreement. Our contract was signed and consideration was taken for our special situation. And therefore you need to honor that. 3. The whole point of this power of attorney is that my father cannot go into an autopage on a whim and fancy. We took this into consideration when the contract was renewed and our terms were accepted.

Simply I expect my sim swop to be done immediately. Please respond via mail after all my phone was.
