Zone fitness took over fox premier i am a member of but they want me to pay for a access card which i didnt ask for, im not a new member and no one can expect current members to pay for a takeover that took place. no communication about the take over communicated to current members and when i spoke to the manager on duty boela van rensburg i believe he was so rude and just said its not company policy to write off the access card fee yet this is not treating customers fairly and i explained that to him and he had a very bad attitude re this. He than instructed the sales consultant to cancel my contract, and now my fellow friends and family will cancel existing fox contracts cause of this poor service and bad attitude, so fat 10 contracts to be cancelled, and this all for a policy he refuse to amend or even look into, a R50, really this is bad and the communication very poor.
